Adding data to EnjoyHQ is easy. From customer support systems to NPS surveys, we are constantly building new integrations. However, If you can’t find the integration you need, you can access our friendly API or add data via spreadsheets or .csv uploads. Here’s a quick video of everything you need to know when it comes to adding data to EnjoyHQ.
Admin users can access all of EnjoyHQ's functionality.
Collaborators can access most of EnjoyHQ's functionality, except for:
- Creating, updating and removing: tags, themes, user properties, and custom document/highlight properties
- Delete projects, reports and saved searches created by other users
- Invite and remove other users
- Manage billing settings
Both Admins and Collaborators are paid users within EnjoyHQ - when you signup for a plan, you receive an allotment of user licenses that you can allocate across both Admin and Collaborator permission levels.
Any document or summary that you make public and share can be accessed by an unlimited number of read-only users.
A data integration is an integration that stays in sync and continuously updates - systems that continuously store customer feedback such as Intercom, Zendesk, Delighted, and Salesforce are good examples. You pay for each Data integration connected to EnjoyHQ.
Non-Data integrations do NOT continuously sync. Products such as Slack, JIRA, Trello, Zapier, and email forwarding are examples of non-data integrations, and are included in your account at no additional cost.
Yes. Communication between all app components, including connections to the database, the message queue and other internal services happens only within our private network. Communication with all 3rd party systems/APIs is performed over a secure connection. User passwords, access tokens and any other stored information are also encrypted. Our API access allows you to easily push data to EnjoyHQ from your database and other custom sources.
You can cancel at any time. You’ll be billed for your current month or year but never again. All your data will be deleted from our systems 14 days after your cancellation. If you decide to start using EnjoyHQ again you will have to add your data sources again.
